About Nba Action ?94
NBA Action '94 came out for the Sega Genesis, known as the Mega Drive in some regions, in 1994. It was published by Sega Sports. This was a time when sports games were rapidly improving on the 16-bit consoles, and this title was part of that push for more authentic basketball simulation.
You control a team of five players, switching between them to play both offense and defense. The main objective is to outscore the opposing team by making baskets and stopping them from doing the same. Signature mechanics include the turbo button for a burst of speed, a dedicated button for stealing the ball, and the ability to call for alley-oop passes. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can be challenging, especially when the computer applies full-court pressure.
