Mig-29 Fighter Pilot (japan) Game

Mig-29 Fighter Pilot for the Genesis is one of those early '90s flight sims that feels a little rough around the edges but still has its charm. You’re thrown right into the cockpit of a Soviet-era fighter, and the first thing you’ll notice is how janky the controls are—pitch and roll take some getting used to, but once you adjust, pulling off tight turns feels oddly satisfying.
The graphics are blocky, sure, but there’s something cool about the way the ground scrolls beneath you as you dodge missiles and line up shots. The missions start simple—take out a few enemy planes, maybe bomb a target—but later stages get brutal fast. I remember getting wrecked by SAM sites more times than I’d like to admit.
It’s definitely not the smoothest flight sim out there, but if you’re into retro military aviation games, it’s got that weird, clunky appeal. Just don’t expect Ace Combat levels of polish.
