Lemmings 2 on the Sega Genesis takes those little green-haired idiots and makes their lives even harder—which, honestly, is the whole fun. The first game had you frantically assigning jobs to stop them from walking off cliffs, but this one throws in a bunch of new roles like climbers, floaters, and even diggers that carve through terrain like butter.
What really stands out is how each tribe has its own theme and slightly different mechanics. One minute you're guiding a bunch of caveman lemmings through prehistoric pitfalls, the next you're dealing with medieval knights who... still walk straight into spikes if you're not paying attention. The puzzles get devious fast, but figuring out which skills to assign (and when) feels satisfying when it finally clicks.
It's still classic Lemmings chaos, just with way more ways to fail spectacularly.
