LEGO Batman 2 on the DS is basically what happens when you take Gotham City, smash it into LEGO bricks, and throw in half the DC universe for good measure. You start off with Batman and Robin doing their usual vigilante thing—punching thugs, solving little puzzles, and collecting studs like they're going out of style—but then Superman shows up, and suddenly you're flying around Metropolis too.
The best part? The roster’s stacked. You’ve got Flash zipping around, Wonder Woman lassoing bad guys, even Green Lantern chucking giant green fists at stuff. And of course, the villains are just as fun—Joker’s got his usual chaotic energy, and Lex Luthor’s ego is practically its own character. The writing’s full of that classic LEGO charm, too—no voice acting here, just exaggerated mumbles and visual gags that somehow make Superman arguing with Batman even funnier.
It’s not the deepest game, but smashing everything in sight and unlocking new heroes never gets old. If you’ve ever wanted to see Batman ride a dinosaur while Superman lasers a robot, this is your chance.
