Jurassic Park (beta) Game

Jurassic Park on the Genesis is one of those weird, kinda janky but weirdly charming dinosaur survival games. You play as Dr. Grant—no fancy intro, just bam, you're suddenly running through dense jungle while raptors pop out of nowhere. The top-down sections feel like a tense scavenger hunt for keycards and ammo, but then it switches to first-person in buildings, which is equal parts cool and disorienting.
The dinosaurs look surprisingly good for a 16-bit game, especially the T-Rex encounters where the screen shakes like crazy. Pro tip: save your tranq darts for the bigger threats—you’ll waste all your ammo on compys otherwise. It’s not perfect, but there’s something about the atmosphere that makes it stick with you. Just don’t expect the movie plot; this is pure survival chaos.
