Alright, so this is the Sega Genesis version of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and honestly? It’s way better than it has any right to be. You start off punching Nazis in a castle (obviously), then jump straight into solving puzzles and dodging traps like the movie—except now you’re the one sweating over which chalice won’t melt your face off.
The whip feels a little stiff at first, but once you get the timing down, you’re swinging across pits and disarming goons like a pro. Some of the platforming bits are brutal—expect a few cheap deaths—but the grail temple section? Pure Indiana Jones chaos in the best way. Also, the soundtrack nails that adventurous vibe with those chunky Genesis synths.
It’s not perfect, but if you grew up with the movie or just love retro action-adventure games, this one’s a solid time capsule. Just don’t choose poorly at the end.
