Famicom Mini 15 : Dr. Mario Game

Dr. Mario on GBA is basically the same classic puzzle game you remember from the NES, just portable now. You're still dropping those colored pills to match and clear viruses, but the small screen actually works in its favor—it feels more intense when everything's cramped and you're scrambling to line up combos before the stack hits the top.
The controls are simple (d-pad and A/B buttons), but don't let that fool you. After a few levels, those viruses multiply fast, and suddenly you're sweating over whether to go for a quick clear or set up a big chain reaction. The music's still weirdly catchy too—that "Fever" theme gets stuck in your head after one play.
It's not fancy, but if you want a no-nonsense puzzle fix on the go, this version gets the job done.
