About Fifa Street 3 (eu)
FIFA Street 3 came out for the Nintendo DS in 2008, developed by EA Canada. It was part of that wave of sports games trying to capture the flashy, arcade style of street football on a handheld. On the DS, it joined a library full of experimental titles, offering a different kind of football fix compared to the more serious simulations.
You control a team of stylized, exaggerated players in small-sided matches. The main goal is to outscore your opponent using tricks and flair, not just basic passes and shots. Signature mechanics include pulling off elaborate skill moves using the touch screen and building up a Gamebreaker meter; filling it lets you unleash a special, high-percentage shot that often decides a close match.
