About Dyna Brothers 2 (japan)
Dyna Brothers 2 came out in 1993 for the Sega Genesis, known as the Mega Drive in Japan. It was developed by Sega and fits right into that era of the console where developers were experimenting with more colorful, character driven adventures. You don't see many games like it from that time.
You control the two Dyna Brothers, Ricky and Pog, as they explore a large, interconnected world screen by screen. Your main goal is to collect the scattered pieces of the Dyna Stone to restore peace. The signature mechanics involve switching between the brothers on the fly to use their unique abilities; Ricky can jump higher, while Pog can fit into small passages. You also spend a lot of time digging through soft dirt blocks to uncover items and new paths. The pacing is generally relaxed, though some puzzles require careful thought.
