There's also a skill board for each character where you equip capsules to learn and upgrade new abilities, which adds a layer of planning to your progression. The game moves at a decent clip, though the random encounter rate can feel a bit high in some dungeons, making exploration a careful balance between discovery and grinding. It feels satisfying to see your team's coordinated attacks wipe out a tough enemy.
