Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story on the Sega Genesis is one of those movie tie-ins that actually holds up. It loosely follows the biopic’s plot, but the real draw is the fast, fluid combat—way smoother than most beat 'em ups from that era. You’ll punch, kick, and nunchuck your way through dojos and back alleys, and the controls feel surprisingly responsive for a 16-bit game.
What’s cool is how it mixes things up—some levels are straight-up brawlers, others throw in platforming or even a weird dream sequence where you fight a demon. The difficulty spikes hard in spots (of course it does, it’s a ‘90s Sega game), but nailing Lee’s iconic moves never gets old. If you’re into retro fighters, this one’s a hidden gem.
