Doraemon Midori No Wakusei (j)(perversion) Game

Okay, so this is one of those obscure Doraemon GBA RPGs that never made it outside Japan—which is a shame, because it's actually pretty charming. You start off with Nobita (of course) stumbling onto this weird green planet, and before you know it, you're digging through Doraemon's gadget bag for stuff like the Take-copter and bamboo rockets. The battles are simple turn-based stuff, but the real fun is seeing how all those ridiculous future gadgets work in an RPG setting.
Graphics are bright and cartoony, exactly what you'd expect from a mid-2000s Doraemon game. There's some janky menu navigation—typical for early GBA RPGs—but the dialogue has that same goofy energy from the anime. If you're into retro licensed games or just want a breezy little RPG fix, this one's surprisingly decent. Just don't expect a deep story or anything.
