Dinosaur's Tale A is one of those weird licensed games from the Genesis era—based on the We're Back: A Dinosaur's Story movie, which I vaguely remember as a kid. You play as Rex, the T-Rex, running through side-scrolling levels that mix platforming with some light puzzle-solving. The controls are a little stiff, and the hit detection can be frustrating, but there's a weird charm to it. The music's surprisingly decent, and the pixel art does a solid job of capturing the movie's cartoony dinosaurs.
It's not exactly a hidden gem, but if you're into '90s platformers or have nostalgia for the movie, it's an interesting curiosity. Just don't expect anything groundbreaking.
