The game plays from an isometric perspective, and a key mechanic is managing your limited energy supply; this powers your weapons, your shield, and even your ability to open certain doors, forcing you to be strategic about every action. Combat is methodical, as you carefully aim your shots at robots and creatures that can quickly deplete your health. The pacing is deliberate, and the difficulty is steep, punishing careless movement and poor resource management.
