Classic NES Series: Dr. Mario on GBA is basically the same addictive puzzle game you remember from the NES, just portable. You're still matching colored pills to viruses, but now you can take it anywhere—which is dangerous because "just one more round" turns into twenty real quick.
The controls feel tight, and the music is still that weirdly catchy synth track that gets stuck in your head. I will say, the small GBA screen makes it a bit harder to spot matches compared to the NES version, but you get used to it. If you've played Tetris and thought "this needs more germs," here's your fix.
