Play Chester Cheetah ? Wild Wild Quest Online

I picked up Chester Cheetah: Wild Wild Quest back when it came out for the Sega Genesis in 1993. It was developed by Kaneko, a company known for a few different arcade and console titles. This was during that period where a lot of games were based on advertising mascots, and this one put the Cheetos character into a full platforming adventure.

You control Chester Cheetah himself, running and jumping through a series of themed levels. The main goal is to rescue your band members, who have been scattered across the different worlds. Your primary method of attack is blowing bubbles; you can pop them to defeat enemies or use them as temporary platforms to reach higher areas. The game is structured screen by screen, and you often have to hunt for a specific item, like a key, to unlock the exit. It moves at a pretty fast clip, and some of the platforming requires precise timing, making it a decent challenge. Playing it feels like a quick, slightly chaotic dash through a brightly colored cartoon.
