You control one of four Avengers: Captain America, Iron Man, Vision, or Hawkeye. Your goal is to fight through waves of enemies to stop the Red Skull. The game progresses screen by screen, with you punching and using your character's special weapon, like Captain America's shield or Hawkeye's arrows. You can also call in assists from other heroes not in your party, which is helpful during tougher fights. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can be punishing, especially when the screen gets crowded. It feels like a classic, chaotic brawl where you are constantly managing your position and attacks.
