Bram Stoker's Dracula on Sega Genesis is one of those weird licensed games from the '90s that somehow ended up being way harder than it had any right to be. You play as Jonathan Harker, slashing your way through bats, wolves, and creepy villagers with a whip—which sounds cool until you realize how janky the controls feel. The graphics actually hold up okay for the era, with some decent gothic atmosphere, but good luck getting past the third level without wanting to throw your controller. Fun fact: the soundtrack slaps way harder than it should for a movie tie-in game.
It's the kind of game you boot up for nostalgia, then remember why you never finished it as a kid.
