About Bloodshot
Bloodshot was a Sega Genesis game, released in 1994 by Micronet. It came out during a time when the Genesis library was full of varied action titles, and this one tried to carve its own space with a mix of platforming and shooting.
You control a lone soldier navigating large, multi-scrolling levels. Your main goal is to fight through enemy forces and survive until the end of each stage. The gameplay hinges on your ability to aim your weapon in eight directions while moving and jumping, which requires constant adjustment to hit airborne and ground targets.
