About Beyblade Metal Fusion - Cyber Pegasus (eu)
Beyblade Metal Fusion - Cyber Pegasus came out in 2010 for the Nintendo DS, developed by Hudson Soft. It was part of that wave of anime tie-in games on the handheld, where you could take the spinning top battles from the show on the go. The DS library was full of these kinds of adaptations, and this one let you launch your own Beyblade right from the touch screen.
You control a Blader, guiding your Beyblade in arena battles against AI or friends. The main goal is to build up your Beyblade parts, win tournaments, and become the top Blader. Signature mechanics include using the touch screen to launch your Beyblade with a quick swipe and tapping the screen to activate special moves at the right moment. You also manage a collection of parts, like Fusion Wheels and Spin Tracks, customizing your Beyblade's balance and performance between fights. The pacing is quick, with matches that are short but demand good timing, and the difficulty can spike during later tournament rounds. It feels like having a pocket-sized Beyblade stadium that actually responds to your touch.
