This one’s a classic beat 'em up where you’re either Batman or Robin cleaning up Gotham’s streets—Two-Face’s goons are everywhere, and the Riddler’s leaving his usual annoying traps. The sprites are surprisingly detailed for a Genesis game, and swinging a batarang never gets old. Just don’t expect the movie’s plot—it’s more like a loose excuse to punch through waves of thugs in alleys and warehouses.

Robin feels a little faster, but Batman’s got the reach. Either way, you’ll be smashing crates for health pickups and dodging those annoying knife throws. The soundtrack’s got that gritty ‘90s vibe, too. It’s not the deepest brawler out there, but it nails the mood.
