Baby’s Day Out (beta) Game

Okay, so Baby's Day Out (Beta) on Sega Genesis is one of those weird licensed games that somehow works. You play as Baby Bink—yep, the diaper-wearing escape artist from the movie—crawling through levels while dodging hazards and outsmarting the bumbling kidnappers chasing you.
The controls are simple (left, right, jump), but the levels get surprisingly creative. One minute you're rolling down a hill in a laundry basket, the next you're bouncing on a trampoline past construction sites. The sprites are chunky and colorful in that classic Genesis way, and the music’s got that bouncy, slightly off-key charm.
It’s not some hidden masterpiece, but if you’re into ‘90s platformers or just love weird movie tie-ins, it’s a fun little time capsule. Just don’t expect it to be as polished as, say, Sonic—this is pure ‘rental game’ energy. Still, there’s something oddly satisfying about watching those kidnappers faceplant while a baby giggles his way to freedom.
