So, Awesome Possum is this weird little Sonic-like platformer on the Genesis where you play as a hyperactive possum saving the environment. It’s got that early '90s eco-message vibe—like someone mashed Sonic’s speed with Captain Planet’s moralizing. You’re bouncing off turtles, collecting recycling symbols (because of course), and occasionally getting stuck on awkward level design. The controls are a little slippery, but once you get used to the weird jump arc, it’s kind of charming in a janky way.
