Zool - Ninja Of The 'nth' Dimension (europe) On Sms Game

Zool on the Sega Master System is this weird, colorful platformer where you play as a ninja from another dimension—basically a neon gremlin with attitude. The first level throws you right into it: bouncing off candy canes, dodging giant pencils, and slicing up enemies that look like they escaped from a kid’s sticker collection. It’s got that classic '90s vibe where everything’s loud, fast, and slightly confusing in the best way.
The controls take a second to get used to—Zool slides around like he’s on ice at first—but once it clicks, you’re wall-jumping and shuriken-spamming through these surreal levels. The music’s an earworm too, all synthy and hyperactive. Not the deepest game, but perfect if you want something short, chaotic, and unapologetically retro. Definitely one of those "how did this get made?" gems.
