World Tennis Stars (e)(venom) Game

World Tennis Stars on the GBA is one of those arcade-style tennis games that nails the pick-up-and-play vibe. You’ve got a handful of real pros (or at least their pixelated versions) to choose from, and the controls are simple—tap for a regular shot, hold for power. Nothing groundbreaking, but it’s weirdly satisfying when you nail a cross-court winner.
The courts look decent for a GBA game, and the ball physics actually make sense—no weird floating nonsense. Doubles mode is where it gets chaotic (in a good way), especially if you’ve got a friend to play with. Just don’t expect a deep career mode or anything; this is straight-up arcade tennis with a retro charm.
If you’re into quick matches or need a portable tennis fix, it holds up better than you’d think.
