Wizardry Iii : Knight Of Diamonds (english Translation) Game

Wizardry III on Game Boy Color is one of those old-school dungeon crawlers that doesn’t hold your hand—you’ll be rolling up a party of adventurers right off the bat, picking classes and stats before diving into some seriously unforgiving turn-based combat. The translation’s a bit rough in spots, but it’s playable, and there’s something weirdly satisfying about mapping out dungeons on graph paper like it’s 1990 again.
Your party starts off pathetically weak (seriously, even rats can wreck you early on), but if you stick with it, the progression feels earned. The spell system’s deep, and figuring out which buffs actually work before a big fight becomes its own little puzzle. Just don’t expect flashy graphics—this is pure, grindy RPG nostalgia with all the frustration and triumph that comes with it.
If you’ve got the patience for retro dungeon design and random encounters, it’s a solid time capsule of early RPGs.
