Okay, so this is one of those cozy Game Boy Color gems that feels like stepping into a storybook. You play as Pooh (obviously), wandering around the Hundred Acre Wood doing very Pooh-like things—bouncing with Tigger, helping Piglet find his way home, and, of course, hunting down honey pots like your life depends on it. The puzzles are simple but cute, like figuring out how to get honey from a beehive without getting stung (spoiler: it never goes smoothly).
What really sells it is the art style—bright, chunky pixels that somehow make Rabbit’s garden look inviting and Owl’s treehouse feel properly rickety. It’s not a hard game by any means, but there’s something comforting about puttering around helping everyone with their little problems. If you grew up on the books or the old Disney stuff, it’s pure nostalgia in cartridge form. Just don’t expect epic battles—unless you count Pooh’s eternal struggle with self-control around honey.
