About Whac-a-mole
I remember picking up Whac-A-Mole for the Game Boy Advance back in 2004. It was published by TDK Mediactive, one of those many licensed titles that filled the portable's library. This was during the GBA's peak, a time when you could find almost any kind of game, from deep RPGs to simple arcade ports, crammed into that little cartridge.
You control a mallet, aiming to bonk moles as they pop from their holes. The main goal is to score points by hitting them before they duck back down, while avoiding the penalty characters that sometimes appear. The game plays out across different themed screens, each with its own layout and mole patterns.
