Virtua Tennis on GBA is way more fun than it has any right to be. You start with just a few basic shots—slice, topspin, lob—but within minutes you're sliding all over the court trying to return ridiculous angles. The controls are simple (A for normal shot, B for lob) but timing matters way more than you'd think.
What surprised me was how much personality the players have—some have killer backhands but move like molasses, others are lightning fast but can't smash worth a damn. The exhibition matches feel great, but the real meat is in the World Tour mode where you train between tournaments. Nothing beats the panic of realizing your stamina stat sucks right before a five-set marathon.
It's one of those games where you say "just one more match" at 1 AM and suddenly it's 3 AM.
