Vegas Games on Game Boy Color is basically a pocket-sized casino—if casinos had that sweet late-90s pixel art and chiptune jingles. You start off with a stack of virtual cash and can jump between blackjack, poker, and slots (the slots are weirdly hypnotic once you get going).
The poker AI isn’t exactly high-stakes Vegas-level, but it’s got just enough bluffing to make you mutter "oh come ON" when it pulls a straight out of nowhere. Blackjack’s the real star though—simple, fast, and weirdly satisfying when you hit that 21. It’s the kind of game you play in short bursts, but then suddenly realize you’ve been grinding slots for 20 minutes trying to hit triple sevens.
Definitely a nostalgia trip if you remember when handheld gaming was just you, a dim screen, and the faint hope of a seat at the digital card table.
