V-Rally 3 came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, published by Infogrames. It was part of that early wave of GBA racing games trying to bring a console feel to a handheld. You got a solid rally experience in your pocket, which was a pretty good deal at the time.
You control a rally car across a variety of international locations, aiming to win championships by posting the best stage times.
