Turma da Mônica: O Resgate is one of those weird, cool regional gems—a full-on Brazilian reskin of Wonder Boy III for the Master System, but with Monica’s gang instead. You’ve got the same side-scrolling action-RPG vibes, except now you’re tossing yo-yos as Cebolinha or smacking enemies with Monica’s stuffed bunny. The sprite swaps are charmingly janky, and the item names got localized to fit the comics (think "lanche" instead of health potions). It’s definitely a curiosity, but if you’ve played Wonder Boy to death, this alternate-universe version has its own goofy appeal.
