Tottoko Ham Tarou 3 was a Japan only release for the Game Boy Advance, part of a series that appeared on Nintendo's handheld during its peak years. It was developed by AlphaDream, the same studio known for the Mario & Luigi RPGs, which gives you an idea of the kind of polished, character driven games they produced.
