Okay, so Tomb Raider on Game Boy Color—it’s not the full 3D experience you’d get on PlayStation, but it’s a surprisingly solid little adventure. You’ve got Lara doing her thing: jumping across ledges, grabbing artifacts, and taking down wolves and bats with her pistols. The controls take a second to get used to (that diagonal jump can be tricky), but once it clicks, it’s weirdly satisfying.
The levels are bite-sized but packed with secrets—I spent way too long trying to find all the hidden medkits. And yeah, the graphics are basic, but the atmosphere’s there: dark caves, ancient ruins, that classic Tomb Raider vibe. If you’re into retro handheld games, this one’s a fun throwback.
Just don’t expect the same scope as the console versions. It’s more like a condensed, portable version of the adventure.
