This is the GBA version of Splinter Cell, and honestly, it’s impressive how much stealth action they crammed into that little cartridge. You play as Sam Fisher—basically the guy who makes shadows look loud—sneaking through enemy bases, sticking to cover, and taking out guards before they even blink. The lighting mechanics are surprisingly solid for a handheld game; you’ll actually care whether you’re standing in a dark corner or under a spotlight.
It’s not just hide-and-seek, though. You’ve got gadgets, silenced pistols, and those iconic night-vision goggles. Missions feel tense because one wrong move can alert half the room, and on the GBA’s tiny screen, that’s extra nerve-wracking. If you’ve played the console versions, this one’s a stripped-down but still satisfying take on sneaking around in the dark. Just don’t expect Sam to do any fancy split jumps—this is 2002 handheld tech, after all.
