Okay, so Tiny Toon Adventures: Scary Dreams is basically a love letter to anyone who grew up watching the cartoon. You start off as Buster or Babs (I always pick Babs because her hammer is weirdly satisfying to use) and jump into these surreal, spooky levels that feel like something out of a Looney Tunes nightmare.
The first level throws you into a graveyard with these goofy zombie chickens—yeah, you read that right—and the controls are surprisingly tight for a GBA platformer. You’ll bounce on tombstones, dodge flying pumpkins, and occasionally get jumpscared by Plucky Duck popping out of nowhere. The music’s got that classic cartoony vibe, all bouncy and slightly unhinged.
It’s not super hard, but some of the later levels get sneaky with hidden paths and weird enemy patterns. And the power-ups? Classic Tiny Toons chaos—like turning into a giant bowling ball to plow through enemies. If you’ve got nostalgia for the show, this one’s a blast. Just don’t expect a deep challenge—it’s more about the laughs and the vibe.
