I remember picking up The Powerpuff Girls: Mojo Jojo A-Go-Go when it came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2001. It was published by BAM! Entertainment, one of those many licensed games that filled the portable library during that era. You got to play as Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, which was the main draw if you were a fan of the cartoon.
You control one of the three girls, switching between them on the fly as you move through levels from left to right. The main goal is to stop Mojo Jojo's latest scheme by fighting through waves of his robotic monkeys and other themed enemies. Each sister has her own basic punch and kick combos, plus a unique special attack that uses up a shared super meter. You explore each stage screen by screen, breaking open crates and barrels to collect power-ups and health items. The pacing is fairly quick, and the difficulty can spike with some tricky platforming sections and boss fights. It feels straightforward and energetic, like a Saturday morning cartoon you can play with your thumbs.
