Okay, so The Jungle Book on GBA is basically that Disney movie you remember, but now you get to actually be Mowgli running through the jungle. It’s a side-scroller where you’re jumping over pits, dodging Kaa the snake (who still creeps me out), and throwing bananas at monkeys—because apparently that’s how you deal with them.
The controls are simple, but some of those vine swings are trickier than they look. I died like three times in the first level because I kept mistiming my jumps. The music’s straight from the movie, though, so it’s hard to stay mad when "Bare Necessities" kicks in.
Honestly, it’s not the deepest platformer out there, but if you grew up with the movie, it’s a fun little nostalgia trip. Just don’t expect Shere Khan to go down easy—that last boss fight took me way too many tries.
