So, The Incredibles on GBA—it’s basically you playing as the whole Parr family, each with their own weirdly specific powers. Bob punches through walls like they’re paper, Dash zooms around like he’s on fast-forward, Violet goes full ghost mode with invisibility, and Elastigirl… well, she stretches. Obviously.
At first, I thought it’d just be a basic beat-em-up, but switching between characters actually matters—like, you need Dash’s speed for some sections, or Violet’s force fields to block attacks. The levels are pretty straightforward, but the powers keep it from feeling too repetitive. Also, the sprites are surprisingly decent for a GBA game—Mr. Incredible’s shoulders take up half the screen, which feels right.
It’s not the deepest game ever, but if you’re into the movie or just want to wreck stuff as a stretchy mom, it’s a solid time.
