Play The Incredibles : Rise Of The Underminer Online

I picked up The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer for the Game Boy Advance back in 2005, a time when licensed games were a common sight on the handheld. THQ published it, and it was one of those titles that followed the original movie's storyline, picking up right where the film ended. You get to play as Mr. Incredible and Frozone, which was a nice change from the usual single-hero fare on the GBA.

You control both characters, switching between them to use their unique powers. Mr. Incredible handles the heavy lifting, smashing through walls and enemies, while Frozone uses his ice to create platforms and freeze foes. The game is a side-scrolling action beat 'em up where you move screen by screen, clearing out enemies and solving simple environmental puzzles. Your main goal is to chase down the Underminer, who is trying to drill to the center of the Earth. The pacing is fairly quick, though some sections can get repetitive with similar enemy types. It's not overly difficult, but it does require you to manage both characters' health bars. Playing it feels like a straightforward, cooperative brawler that captures the simple fun of being a superhero.
