If you grew up watching The Fairly OddParents, this GBA sequel to Breakin' Da Rules feels like stepping right into an episode. You play as Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda—bouncing between fairy-powered platforming and some surprisingly fun combat against Dark Laser and his shadow goons.
The first thing you'll notice? The sprites look ripped straight from the cartoon, right down to Jorgen Von Strangle's ridiculous muscles. The levels mix up the usual running and jumping with weird fairy gimmicks—like turning into a giant bowling ball or shooting rainbow lasers. It's silly, but in that perfect early-2000s Nicktoons way.
Fair warning: some of the platforming gets janky (thanks, GBA hitboxes), but the charm carries it. I kept playing just to hear Cosmo yell "SPACE OUT!" every five seconds. If you're nostalgic for this era of licensed games, it's a solid time capsule.
