Remember The Ant Bully on GBA? It’s one of those weird little licensed games that somehow ended up being kinda fun. You play as this kid who gets shrunk down to ant size after bullying—you guessed it—ants. Now you’re stuck in their world, jumping on leaves, dodging bugs, and teaming up with your former victims to survive.
The controls are simple, but the levels get surprisingly creative—one minute you’re riding a water droplet, the next you’re fending off a spider with a pebble. The art style’s got that early 2000s charm, all bright colors and exaggerated animations. Not gonna lie, it’s janky in places (what GBA game isn’t?), but there’s something oddly satisfying about the way the ants move in formation behind you.
If you’re into weird retro platformers, this one’s a fun little time capsule. Just don’t expect a masterpiece.
