The Adventures Of Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius : Attack Of The Twonkies Game
📅 2004 ✍️ THQ

Alright, so The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Attack of the Twonkies is basically peak early 2000s nostalgia—both in looks and gameplay. You’re Jimmy, running around Retroville with his weird little backpack full of gadgets, trying to stop these goofy alien things called Twonkies from… well, doing whatever chaotic nonsense they’re up to this time.
The first thing you’ll notice is how much it feels like the cartoon—same bright colors, same exaggerated animations, same corny humor. You’ve got Jimmy’s shrink ray, hover boots, and a bunch of other inventions that actually make the puzzles kinda fun. At first, I just mashed buttons to see what each gadget did (turns out the bubble gum blaster is way more useful than I expected).
It’s not super hard, but there’s enough variety—jumping, zapping, occasional boss fights—to keep it from feeling repetitive. And yeah, if you grew up watching the show, hearing Jimmy’s one-liners in pixel form is weirdly satisfying. Just don’t expect some deep, groundbreaking GBA title—it’s a solid little licensed game that knows exactly what it is.
