This Game Boy Color version of Tarzan is basically a side-scrolling platformer with some fun twists. You swing on vines, dodge leopards, and even ride a few animals—just like in the Disney movie. The levels switch things up now and then, like sliding down trees or swimming through rivers, so it doesn’t get too repetitive.

It’s not the deepest game out there, but the animations are surprisingly smooth for a GBC title, and the music nails that jungle vibe. If you grew up with the movie, it’s a solid little nostalgia trip. Just don’t expect anything groundbreaking.
