Super Sonic Angel Island is one of those classic Flash Sonic fangames that nails the speed and flow of the originals. You blast through loops, bounce off springs, and try not to faceplant into the occasional spike trap—because yeah, they kept those. Controls are dead simple: arrows to move, space to jump, and that's all you need.

What I like is how it doesn't overcomplicate things. No weird gimmicks, just pure Sonic momentum. First time I played, I accidentally rolled into a spin dash off a slope and went flying halfway across the level. Felt awesome. The physics are a little floaty compared to the Genesis games, but you adjust fast.

It's short, but that kinda works in its favor—perfect for a quick nostalgia hit when you're bored. Just don't blame me when you start humming Green Hill Zone after playing.
