Submarine Attack Game

Submarine Attack is one of those classic Sega Master System games that feels way more intense than it looks. You're piloting this little sub through dark waters, dodging torpedoes while trying to line up your own shots—and the controls are just tight enough that when you mess up, you know it's your fault, not the game's.
The first few minutes are pure chaos: enemy subs pop up out of nowhere, mines drift into your path, and if you're not careful, you'll run out of oxygen before you even reach the second stage. But once you get the rhythm down—timing your dives, conserving ammo—it turns into this weirdly satisfying underwater dance. The sound effects alone, those muffled explosions and sonar pings, give it that perfect retro vibe.
It's not the deepest strategy game, but for a quick arcade-style naval brawl, it holds up way better than it has any right to. Just don't blame me when you lose track of time trying to beat your high score.
