About Stuntman (e)(rising Sun)
Stuntman for the Game Boy Advance came out in 2002 from publisher Rising Sun. It was part of that wave of movie tie-ins and licensed action games that filled the portable's library, a smaller companion to the bigger console versions.
You control a stunt driver from an overhead view, navigating through movie set locations. Your main job is to complete driving sequences by hitting specific markers, like ramps and explosive barrels, within a strict time limit. The game plays out screen by screen, requiring you to memorize the layout and timing of obstacles to succeed. You also collect stars scattered throughout the courses to improve your final score. The difficulty comes from the precision needed; a single missed jump often means a restart. It feels like a tense, methodical puzzle where you are constantly learning the route through repetition.
