Street Jam Basketball was a 2004 Game Boy Advance release from developer/publisher Rising Sun. It arrived during a period when the GBA library was expanding with sports titles aimed at quick, portable play sessions.
You control a team of streetball players in fast three-on-three matches. The main objective is to outscore your opponent by any means necessary. Signature mechanics include performing flashy dribble moves and alley-oop passes to break down the defense, alongside a turbo button for quick bursts of speed. The pacing is hectic, and the computer opponents can be surprisingly aggressive. It feels like a chaotic pickup game where a single steal can instantly turn the momentum.
