Spyro Advance - Wakuwaku Tomodachi Daisakusen (j)(caravan) Game

Spyro Advance - Wakuwaku Tomodachi Daisakusen is one of those weird little GBA spin-offs that never made it outside Japan. You’re still playing as Spyro, but instead of the usual platforming, it’s more of a puzzle-adventure thing where you befriend creatures by solving their problems. The graphics are surprisingly decent for a GBA game—bright colors, chunky sprites—but the real charm is how bizarre some of the quests get. One minute you’re helping a yeti find his missing snowball, the next you’re arranging flowers for a grumpy mole.
It’s definitely not Reignited Trilogy material, but if you’re into offbeat handheld games or just love Spyro’s weird side stories, this one’s a fun curiosity. The Japanese text can be a hurdle, but the gameplay’s simple enough to figure out with some trial and error. I spent way too long trying to feed the right fish to a penguin before realizing I had the wrong bait.
