The main goal is to stop Plankton's army of evil toys from taking over Bikini Bottom. You move through levels screen by screen, jumping on platforms, defeating toy enemies by bouncing on them or using character specific attacks, and collecting golden spatulas. The pacing is straightforward, though some later levels can get tricky with their enemy placement. It feels like a simple, cheerful run through a familiar world.
